Catching Up.

Well the first five days have been a rollercoaster for Charley and the team in South Africa.

They have explored Table Mountain thoroughly, even abseiling from the top, visited Robben Island- when Nelson Mandela was kept captive, had surfing lessons on the beautiful Cape Town beach, and visited a Cape Town township community for food and a game of pool.

Today they spent shark cage diving- which you will hear all about soon enough.

All in all South Africa is proving to be an amazing place, and the perfect setting for Extreme Frontiers. With so much under their belts already, the trip is due to get even more adventurous.
